What Is It?

A Labor Day Weekend Tradition That Gives Back!

Each Labor Day weekend, the Kings Mountain Art Fair brings artists, visitors, and our local community together among the beautiful redwoods. For Kings Mountain Elementary School, it's also a special opportunity to raise funds for our students through our beloved Cookie Booth!

Throughout the fair, KMES families and friends volunteer to sell delicious cookies from a local bakery, both at the booth and around the fairgrounds. Every cookie sold helps raise essential funds that enrich our students' educational experience and support our school community.

Our goal is to raise over $25,000, and the generosity of our volunteers and cookie-loving fairgoers helps make that possible. Beyond the fundraising, the Cookie Booth is a wonderful way to share our school spirit and connect with the community that makes KMES so special.

Every cookie sold supports our students, strengthens our school, and helps our KMES community thrive.
