HOSTED BY 5TH GRADE FAMILIES
Night of Lights Parade
A meaningful tradition that brings our community together.
What Is It?
Hosted by 5th Grade Families
We are so thrilled to be part of the Night of Lights Parade in Half Moon Bay this year by hosting a Kings Mountain Elementary float!
To make our float truly shine, we are looking for many helping hands. We warmly invite our KMES families to join us in building and decorating the float during the week leading up to the big event. We are also looking for enthusiastic participants to walk alongside us in the parade to proudly represent KMES!
Whether you can help us create the magic behind the scenes or march with us through the streets, we would love to have you involved.
When Is It?
DATE: December - First Friday of December
TIME: Shifts for Float Building & Parade
LOCATION: Main Street in Half Moon Bay
Why Do We Hold It?
This tradition has been part of KMES for generations, rooted in community, school spirit, and the natural beauty that surrounds us.
It's a time to celebrate who we are, welcome new families, and strengthen the bonds that make our school such a special place to learn and grow.
How Can I Help?
Many hands make light work! Volunteers help bring our traditions to life in so many ways. We'd love for you to be a part of it.
Many Hands Make Our Community Stronger
We can't wait to celebrate this tradition with you.
